The Lake Elsinore Storm Official Store wants you to be completely satisfied with your fan gear; if you are not, you may return or exchange unworn and unwashed merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Please note that clearance items and custom-printed jerseys are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items and include a copy of your original packing slip or order confirmation email inside the box.

  Ship to the Diamond

  Affix your shipping label and send the package to the Lake Elsinore Storm Team Store at 500 Diamond Drive, Lake Elsinore, CA.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
